Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your personal training sessions. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service, please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Personal Training Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Online and Hybrid Courses: Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the course start date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to attend your scheduled session without 24 hours prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Emergency Cancellations:
- We understand that emergencies happen. In case of a genuine emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive late to a session, we will do our best to accommodate the remaining time, but the session will end as scheduled. Full session fees apply for late arrivals.
